Project 7 Takes On The 27th Winter Fancy Food Show
Several members of the Project 7 team just returned from San Francisco and the National Association for the Specialty Food Trade's Winter Fancy Food Show.
The show includes:
17,000 attendees including the industry's top buyers, foodservice professionals and journalists
1,300 exhibitors from more than 35 countries around the world
80,000 products featuring the finest foods and beverages
That's a lot of people! And that's a lot of food! (Two of our favorite things!) So, of course we had an absolute blast meeting new friends from around the globe, telling them the Project 7 story, and sampling our 'products for good.'
And when the show closed Tuesday afternoon, we were thrilled to learn that the show donated all the remaining food and beverages to area-anti-hunger programs and initial estimates are they will be able to feed 1,7000 individuals in need. How cool is that?!?
