We would like to welcome another new member to our team! Ashley Upham has just come on board as our Director of Non-Profit and Volunteer Relations. Ashley’s professional background is varied and as diverse as her taste in food. Dabbling in Public Affairs in Austin and D.C., serving as a dive master which lead to travels through Southeast Asia, and heading up part of Pizza Hut’s World Hunger Relief Program, Ashley did it all. But, at the heart of everything that she has done is her passion to help those in need. When the opportunity to combine her professional skills in marketing and communications and her love for non-profit work came along, Ashley couldn’t pass up the chance.
“I couldn’t believe someone would actually pay me to do what I love! I have a huge heart for people of all cultures. I am incredibly blessed, and when don't have to worry about meeting our own basic needs – that is when we must help others meet theirs.”
Her primary responsibilities will be fostering Project 7’s relationships within the non-profit community and promoting Project 7 days throughout the nation and eventually the world. With Ashley’s loving spirit and connection to the non-profit community we are sure she will be successful in helping to carry out Project 7’s goal of providing funding to worthwhile organizations and ultimately fulfilling our promise to our consumers to “Change the Score.” We are so excited to welcome her to the Project 7 team.
